Due to a need for more Black, Indigenous, and Persons of Color (BIPOC) to become supervisors in our field, the payment model of this training is based on equity and reparations. Reparations are meant to address the oppressive historical disparities that continue to impact BIPOC communities by increasing access to opportunities. The payment model does not penalize dominant/white culture participants by having them pay more, BIPOC participants will simply receive a discount. By registering for this training, you agree to this policy. Please, as always, contact me with questions or concerns. kh@drhixson.com. If you are a white participant and you want to donate to help cover the partial/full cost of a Black, Indigenous, or POC participant, please let me know.
If you are a BIPOC clinician who is interested but the cost is still prohibitive, please contact me. Extended payment plans or scholarships may be available.
